Zinwell requires all suppliers to comply with green product regulations and environmental responsibility guidelines, and also requires suppliers actively adhere to and implement green and sustainable operations from raw material sourcing and components auditing. Zinwell has included CSR as part of our selection process for suppliers to avoid occupational diseases, promoting respect for employees and being responsible for the environmental sustainability.

In terms of raw materials and components, Zinwell requires upstream suppliers to provide documents that explain the source of materials.

In regards to conflict materials, Zinwell has enforced strict supplier management requirements in accordance with international conflict minerals legislations and has proactively communicated these requirements to our suppliers.

Protection of Human rights

The Supplier shall endeavor to promote and protect human rights. The Supplier promises to prevent any discrimination of race, social status, nationality, religion, age, disability, gender, marital status and sexual orientation; any physical abuse, punishment, threat of physical abuse, sexual or other harassment and verbal abuse or other forms of intimidation shall be prohibited by the Supplier.

Labour Practices

The Supplier promises to (1) comply with labour laws and regulations as to have its employees entitled to the freedom of working rights, including freedom of employment, resignation, movement and overtime working; (2) prohibit all forms of discrimination, such as in hiring, compensation, training, promotion, termination or retirement, prohibits any form of forced and compulsory labour; (3) prohibit the use of child labour, protection of workers' health and safety; and (4) respect for the rights of freedom of association and collective bargaining, wage and working hour compliance. Further, the Supplier guarantees that there is no forced, bonded or involuntary prison labour in the Company and working conditions in the Company are safe and hygienic.
